Healthcare Virtual Assistant (On‑site, Islamabad)

About the role

ProMed VAs is seeking full‑time Healthcare Virtual Assistants to support international medical practices from our Islamabad office. The role focuses on daily administrative tasks that keep clinical teams efficient and patient‑focused.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule appointments, manage patient communications and coordinate follow‑ups.
• Update and maintain medical records using practice management or EHR systems.
• Assist with medical billing processes, prior‑authorization requests and basic credentialing support under supervision.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and data‑security standards while maintaining accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Strong administrative and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers, office software and willingness to learn practice‑management/EHR platforms.
• Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
• Minimum high‑school diploma; healthcare, business or administration education is a plus.
