Helper – Packaging Operations

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Helper to join our packaging team in Lahore District. This full‑time, on‑site position supports daily production by handling materials, assisting with packaging tasks, and keeping the work area tidy and safe.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with packaging, sorting, and labeling of products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Support team members in various production‑related activities.
- Follow and enforce safety and hygiene protocols.
- Lift, move, and arrange materials as required.
- Carry out tasks assigned by supervisors to improve workflow efficiency.
Required profile
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and hygiene standards.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Reliability, positive work ethic, and punctuality.
