About the role

We are seeking a High‑Ticket Sales Closer to drive revenue for our web and digital services by targeting international, primarily US‑based, businesses. The role is fully remote and focuses on prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing high‑value contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients in the US market.
• Engage directly with business owners to present web and digital solutions.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms and close high‑ticket deals.
• Maintain a pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken English with confident communication skills.
• Proven experience in sales, closing high‑ticket deals and cold outreach.
• Strong negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to work US business hours.

• Performance‑based compensation: $300 base salary after the first closed client, then 50% profit share on the first deal and 30% on subsequent deals.
