HR Analyst

About the role

The HR Analyst will support the design and execution of employee engagement, internal communication, learning & development, and employer branding initiatives for Ingredion Pakistan. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and cross‑functional teams to drive culture, talent development, and data‑informed decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead employer branding and early talent programs, including campus drives, job fairs, and internship/management trainee coordination.
• Support learning & development by implementing annual training plans, managing e‑learning participation, and maintaining training records.
• Gather, analyse, and present HR data through dashboards and reports; contribute to digitisation and process‑improvement projects.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives such as Town Halls, HR Connects, and recognition programs; manage surveys and feedback loops.
• Design, develop, and distribute internal communications including newsletters, email campaigns, and digital updates.
• Provide operational support to HR Business Partners on performance management, talent reviews, and employee relations.
• Assist in full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding, maintaining hiring trackers and related documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in engagement, L&D, or internal communications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI.
• Basic knowledge of design tools (a plus).
