HR Analyst

About the role

The HR Analyst will support Ingredion Pakistan in designing and executing employee engagement, internal communication, learning & development, and employer branding initiatives. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and cross‑functional teams to drive data‑informed decisions and enhance the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead employer branding and early talent programs, manage campus drives, job fairs, and internship/management trainee programs.
• Support learning & development by coordinating training plans, monitoring e‑learning participation, and maintaining training records.
• Gather, interpret, and present HR data through dashboards and reports; contribute to digitisation and process‑improvement projects.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as Town Halls, HR Connects, and recognition programs.
• Design and distribute internal communications, including newsletters and digital updates.
• Provide operational support to HR Business Partners on performance management, talent reviews, and employee relations.
• Assist in full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding, maintaining hiring trackers and related documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in engagement, L&D, or internal communications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
