HR Business Strategist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Strategist to lead end‑to‑end HR functions with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management. The role supports global and international clients, especially in technical hiring, and operates in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive full‑cycle talent acquisition, including technical hiring for international clients, recruitment analytics, pipeline tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
• Analyze and improve onboarding and off‑boarding processes, handling documentation, system access, exit data, and attrition reporting.
• Manage HR operations by leveraging data analysis, reporting, and process improvement across attendance, leave, performance, and employee records.
• Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support workforce planning and leadership decision‑making.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to ensure HR processes are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
• Proven experience working with global/international clients and recruiting for international markets.
• Strong background in technical recruitment and understanding of IT/technical roles.
• Experience in HR analytics, HR operations, and advanced Excel reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work a 9‑hour shift ending at 12:00 AM.
