HR Executive

About the role

The HR Executive is a full‑time, hybrid position responsible for overseeing daily HR operations and supporting a distributed workforce. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and act as a key partner to leadership in fostering an inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes and coordinate onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee records and administer HR policies.
• Support performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and drive HR process improvements.
• Partner with leadership to address HR inquiries and promote employee engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong foundation in core HR functions and frameworks.
• Experience in HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HRIS tools.
• Knowledge of HR policies, compliance requirements, and ability to communicate guidelines clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a multicultural, remote setting.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and confidentiality skills.
