HR Executive

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is for an HR Executive based in Rawalpindi. You will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, and implement policies that align organisational goals with employee growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition, including sourcing for local and international roles.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave systems.
• Act as primary point of contact for staff, driving engagement and resolving workplace challenges.
• Implement and enforce company policies while ensuring 100% compliance with local labor laws.
• Assist leadership with strategic HR planning and initiatives that foster a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of core HR experience; real‑estate or corporate background is a plus.
• Exceptional English communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to HR challenges.
• Solid understanding of labor laws and willingness to learn international compliance requirements.
