HR Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Officer to manage a range of employee services, including travel coordination, health insurance, mobile plans, daycare administration, and lifecycle processes. The role supports efficient HR operations and ensures compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and ground transportation while ensuring cost-effective and policy-compliant travel.
• Administer employee health insurance operations, including enrollments, claims, reimbursements, and coordination with insurance providers.
• Manage corporate mobile services, including SIM issuance, plan administration, billing, and coordination with telecom service providers.
• Oversee employee daycare administration, including enrollments, vendor coordination, invoicing, and employee communications.
• Manage employee lifecycle operations related to probation confirmations, background verification, and employee exit formalities.
• Process travel-related approvals, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, service entry sheets, and vendor invoicing through SAP, ensuring timely documentation and budget coordination.
• Maintain accurate HR records and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient HR operational support.

Required profile

• BBA/MBA (or equivalent degree).
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant HR experience.
• Ability to handle multiple HR administrative tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP for processing approvals and invoicing.
