HR Recruiter - BPO Call Center (Contract, On-Site)

About the role

Strive BPO Limited, a call center in Rawalpindi providing customer support and verification services for U.S.-based ACA and Medicare campaigns, is hiring a contract, on-site HR Recruiter. The recruiter manages end-to-end recruitment for call center positions, working closely with hiring managers and operations leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews and coordinating hiring decisions with hiring managers
• Posting job ads, maintaining candidate databases and organizing assessment and interview schedules
• Ensuring a smooth candidate experience and collaborating with operations leadership on staffing needs
• Supporting onboarding processes and keeping recruitment reports and metrics accurate
• Upholding company policies and contributing to a diverse, inclusive workforce

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong talent acquisition skills in a BPO or call center environment, including sourcing, screening and interviewing
• Understanding of BPO operations, call center roles and performance metrics; prior BPO recruitment experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple openings, prioritize tasks and meet hiring timelines in a fast-paced setting
• Commitment to fair, inclusive and non-discriminatory hiring practices
• Willingness to work on-site in Rawalpindi and align with U.S. campaign scheduling requirements where needed

Required skills
