HSE Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer to lead health, safety and environmental initiatives on our construction site in Rawalpindi. The role involves developing policies, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures aligned with local regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Provide HSE training and support to employees and contractors.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Maintain accurate HSE records and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in the construction industry.
• Certificate in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
