HSE Systems Lead

About the role

Gatronova is seeking an HSE Systems Lead to design, implement and continuously improve its group-wide HSE Management System, aligned with ISO 45001, ILO-OHS and local OHS laws. The role is the corporate focal point for HSE MIS, document control and HSE training, ensuring visibility and accountability for audit findings and corrective actions across all sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and roll out a group-wide HSE-MS framework aligned with ISO 45001, local OHS laws and corporate strategy
• Compile, validate and analyse HSE data from all sites and produce monthly, quarterly and annual MIS reports and dashboards for senior management
• Act as Document Controller: numbering, version control, approvals, master document register and archiving
• Coordinate with site HSE leads on review and implementation of policies, SOPs and guidelines
• Maintain centralised trackers for audit, inspection, incident and risk assessment actions, and escalate overdue items
• Lead training need analysis, training plans, records and effectiveness monitoring
• Lead internal audits, gap assessments and certification readiness (ISO, insurance, regulatory)
• Lead and develop the HSE Executive (MIS)

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent
• At least 8 years in HSE Management Systems lead roles in petrochemicals, refining, fertilizer or other highly hazardous processing industries

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of ISO 45001 and international standards
• Advanced skills in HSE-MS development, audit and action tracking, document control, TNA and HSE KPIs
