About the role

Qurk is seeking a commercially driven Partnerships & Sales Manager with deep HubSpot expertise to accelerate B2B growth. You will own the sales pipeline, build strategic SaaS partnerships, and manage the HubSpot CRM that powers all commercial activity.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting product‑based SMEs in manufacturing, eCommerce and distribution.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone, qualify prospects, run discovery calls, deliver demos and manage proposals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly new‑business targets, reporting pipeline health and revenue forecasts in HubSpot.
  • Identify and develop strategic SaaS partnerships with ERP and eCommerce platforms, securing listings, co‑marketing and referral arrangements.
  • Build and activate an accountancy partner programme as a low‑cost acquisition channel.
  • Own and maintain Qurk’s HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy, pipeline integrity and complete contact records.
  • Design and optimise workflows, sequences, deal stages and automation to support sales and partnership functions.
  • Track and report key CRM metrics such as pipeline velocity, conversion rates, CAC by channel and partner referral contribution.

Required profile

  • Commercially minded with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales and partnership development.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS ecosystems, ERP and eCommerce platforms.
  • Ability to manage the entire sales process and close deals with finance and operations leaders.
