About the role
National Skills Development Program (NSDP) is hiring a Human Resources (HR) Executive for its Model Town office in Lahore. This full‑time, on‑site position works the morning shift, offers a salary of PKR 60,000–70,000 per month, and will close for applications on 30 September 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities and coordination, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with employee onboarding, ensuring completion of paperwork and orientation.
- Maintain HR records and documentation, keeping employee files up‑to‑date and compliant.
- Coordinate with staff and management to address HR queries and support daily operations.
Required profile
- Demonstrated confidentiality in handling employee information.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities to coordinate with staff and management.
