Human Resources Manager – Build & Lead HR Function

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to design and lead a modern Human Resources function within a fast‑growing organization in Karachi. You will partner with senior leadership to shape people strategies, improve employee engagement, and establish scalable HR systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
• Establish HR systems, employee lifecycle processes, and performance‑management frameworks.
• Design KPIs, appraisal systems, and performance‑review processes.
• Identify learning and development needs and build succession‑planning programs.
• Foster a collaborative, performance‑driven workplace culture and manage employee relations.
• Develop competitive compensation structures and ensure compliance with Pakistani labour laws.
• Partner with leadership on organisational design, workforce planning, and change management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; MBA or HR specialization preferred.
• 4–8 years of HR experience, including leadership exposure.
• Proven experience building or transforming HR functions.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, performance management and organisational development.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
