Human Resources Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Officer to join our Lahore office. In this full-time, on-site position you will manage day-to-day HR operations and support the company’s growth by ensuring effective people processes.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain HR policies in line with organisational goals and local regulations.
• Manage employee records, HR documentation and HRIS data.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and the development of clear job descriptions.
• Assist with performance management, training and development initiatives.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and guidance for managers.
• Prepare HR reports and contribute to projects that strengthen culture and staff engagement.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Human Resources and HR Management.
• Experience in employee relations and policy implementation.
• Ability to develop accurate job descriptions aligned with staffing needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; professional HR certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS or other HR-related software.
• Strong command of standard office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
