About the role

Codeaza Technologies is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join its fast‑growing technology team in Rawalpindi. The role is full‑time, on‑site, and focuses on building and supporting high‑performing software teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical hiring and coordinate recruitment processes for software engineers and related roles.
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and ensure smooth entry into the company.
• Track performance, facilitate feedback cycles, and support performance‑management initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate HR policies and people‑operations procedures.
• Promote ownership, accountability, and a positive team culture across departments.
• Assist department leads with hiring plans, team structuring, and day‑to‑day management.
• Organise internal training sessions and streamline operational processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of computer science or technical concepts.
• Proven experience in technical recruitment for software teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work directly with engineering and leadership teams.
• Experience handling HR operations and employee management in a fast‑paced tech environment.
