About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join a leading AI company on a part‑time contract basis. This remote position focuses on shaping AI‑driven HR tools and improving internal HR processes through high‑quality, real‑world input.

Key responsibilities

• Review, develop, and update internal HR policies, handbooks, and templated documents in line with best practices and regulations.
• Design, analyze, and optimize onboarding processes and employee lifecycle workflows.
• Advise on HR compliance and employee‑relations scenarios, creating supporting artifacts for training.
• Craft and evaluate employee communications and change‑management strategies.
• Contribute expertise to the evaluation and refinement of AI‑driven HR tools.
