HVAC Sales Manager – Mechanical Engineering

About the role

Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Manager to lead the sales of HVAC systems, including VRF, chillers, split, and ducted units. The role involves building a pipeline of new business, managing client relationships, and coordinating with engineering and installation teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of HVAC systems (VRF, chillers, split, ducted units) across assigned territories.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and client pipelines.
• Conduct site surveys to assess project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering to design HVAC solutions and prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and competitive quotations.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients and consultants.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and achieve sales targets.
• Update CRM, forecasts, and sales reports regularly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• 4–5 years of relevant sales experience in the HVAC sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components (VRF, chillers, split, ducted units).
• Mechanical engineering fundamentals.
• Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimation.
