IAM Security Analyst – Level I

About the role

We are looking for an IAM Security Analyst – Level I to join Zones’ security team. The analyst will support identity and access management functions, privileged access management, network access control and security incident response across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes with a security focus.
• Streamline and automate IAM workflows to reduce workload and improve security.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and enterprise‑wide standards for IAM systems.
• Monitor system logs, SIEM tools and other security platforms for suspicious activity.
• Maintain internal control systems to ensure appropriate access levels.
• Implement or coordinate remediation actions required by policies and standards.
• Assist with privileged access management, network access control and security incident review/response.
• Interface with business units for employee onboarding, off‑boarding and rights adjustments.
• Collaborate with security, networking and systems teams to respond to events and escalations.
