IELTS Instructor – Full‑time, Karachi

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated IELTS Instructor to join our Karachi office. The instructor will design and deliver high‑quality IELTS preparation lessons, plan curriculum to meet students' specific learning goals, and teach English language skills effectively, helping learners achieve their target IELTS scores.

Key responsibilities

• Develop customized lesson plans and a comprehensive curriculum that align with all four IELTS components (listening, reading, writing, speaking).
• Deliver engaging, interactive classroom sessions that focus on skill development and exam strategies.
• Assess student progress through regular tests, mock exams, and provide detailed, constructive feedback for improvement.
• Create and maintain a motivating learning environment, tracking individual performance and adjusting instruction as needed.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors to continuously refine teaching materials and share best practices.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in English teaching and experience preparing students for the IELTS exam.
• Qualification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL, TESOL or equivalent) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to inspire confidence and motivation in learners.
