IELTS & PTE Instructor

About the role

The IELTS & PTE Instructor will join UNI‑GUIDE’s Lahore centre to design and deliver high‑impact classroom training for candidates preparing for the IELTS and PTE examinations. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on improving learners’ reading, writing, listening and speaking scores.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons covering all IELTS and PTE modules.
• Conduct classroom sessions, assess learner performance and provide individualized feedback.
• Monitor student progress toward target scores and maintain accurate records.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest exam formats, requirements and scoring criteria.
• Develop practice materials, mock tests and supplementary resources.
• Collaborate with the consultancy team to ensure overall student satisfaction and success.

Required profile

• Strong English teaching ability and experience in teaching English as a foreign language.
• Proven lesson‑planning skills for outcome‑focused instruction.
• Practical knowledge of IELTS and PTE exam structures and preparation techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics or related field; TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written English with effective classroom management.
• Experience teaching exam‑preparation courses or working in language institutes/education consultancies.
• Ability to work with diverse learners, demonstrate cultural sensitivity and support inclusive environments.
• Strong organisational skills, punctuality and commitment to helping students achieve academic and migration goals.
