IELTS Trainer

About the role

ABN Overseas Education is seeking a full‑time IELTS Trainer to join its Lahore campus. You will design and deliver comprehensive lessons that prepare students for all four IELTS modules – Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking – helping them achieve their target scores.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, conduct and evaluate high‑quality IELTS preparation classes.
• Assess learners' language proficiency and provide individualized feedback.
• Administer practice tests and track progress toward exam goals.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with IELTS marking criteria and exam requirements.
• Maintain accurate student records and contribute to curriculum improvement.
• Collaborate with the counseling team to support students' broader overseas education objectives.

Required profile

• Strong instructional background in English teaching or TEFL/TESOL.
• In‑depth knowledge of IELTS structure, marking scheme and effective preparation strategies.
• Ability to design adaptable lesson materials for varying proficiency levels.
• Excellent spoken and written English with clear communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics or related field (preferred).
