Implementation Consultant

About the role

As an Implementation Consultant you will lead remote, classroom‑style training sessions for new and existing Joblogic customers. You will guide customers through the entire onboarding journey, from planning and process mapping to go‑live support, ensuring they successfully adopt the Joblogic platform.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote training sessions and workshops to customers.
• Map customer processes and support change‑management activities.
• Liaise with Technical and Onboarding teams for data imports, system setup, and issue resolution.
• Assist customers on their Go‑Live day, providing real‑time guidance.
• Upskill new team members and share best practices across the organisation.
• Maintain communication with Seniors and Team Lead regarding customer requirements and training progress.

Required profile

• Motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong team player with a passion for teaching and knowledge sharing.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
