Implementation Specialist

About the role

Flipdish is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join its Onboarding team in Karachi. You will be responsible for guiding enterprise and high‑value restaurant customers through a structured rollout, ensuring a smooth transition from contract signing to live operation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end onboarding process for enterprise and high‑value customers, from hand‑over to successful go‑live.
• Manage a concurrent portfolio of onboarding projects, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks and follow‑ups.
• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for customers during onboarding, setting expectations and maintaining clear communication.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Product, Engineering, Support and Customer Success teams to unblock issues and keep rollouts on schedule.
• Translate technical or operational requirements into clear updates for customers and convey customer needs back to internal teams.
• Identify early risks, escalate appropriately and develop recovery plans when timelines are threatened.
• Develop and follow structured onboarding processes, playbooks and tracking systems to improve consistency across complex accounts.

Required profile

• Background in onboarding, customer success or customer support, preferably within SaaS or hospitality technology.
• Proven ability to run structured, milestone‑driven processes with defined endpoints.
• Experience managing a large concurrent portfolio of accounts (e.g., 5+ simultaneously).
• Comfortable handling high‑volume customer situations and maintaining composure under pressure.
