In Process Control (IPC) Monitor

About the role

Haleon is seeking a motivated In‑Process Control (IPC) Monitor to join its manufacturing team. The role focuses on ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance through systematic in‑process monitoring, testing, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform in‑process quality monitoring and sampling at defined production stages.
• Conduct physical testing of products according to BMR/BPR specifications.
• Maintain calibration schedules for IPC laboratory instruments.
• Verify line‑clearance procedures and support routine GEMBA walks.
• Assist with GMP audits, inspections, and self‑inspections, ensuring timely CAPA closure.
• Manage equipment usage logbooks, batch record review, and archiving activities.
• Conduct QMS gap analyses, update SOPs, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Lead investigations of deviations, incidents, and customer complaints, ensuring rapid resolution.

Required profile

• Pharm.D. or MSc in Chemistry.
• 0‑3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong communication skills and a self‑driven attitude.
