Quality Control Analyst

About the role

Haleon is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to support the analysis of finished goods, validation activities, and cleaning validation processes for its consumer health portfolio. The role ensures timely approval and release of products and batches while maintaining data integrity and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze semi‑finished and finished products, including NPI batches, for release.
• Perform process validation and cleaning validation testing.
• Receive laboratory samples, maintain records, and generate LIMS reports and logbooks following ALCOA principles.
• Maintain 5S standards for lab glassware and reagents.
• Report out‑of‑trend (OOT), out‑of‑specification (OOS), atypical events, and deviations promptly.
• Ensure proper waste disposal and glassware cleaning.
• Support audit preparation and documentation with the reporting manager.
• Comply with GMP, quality, environmental health, and safety policies.

Required profile

• Pharm.D. or Bachelor’s degree in Analytical Chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience in a quality control or analytical laboratory.
• Proven ability to work in teams to improve processes or resolve problems using organizational effectiveness tools.
