Inbound Sales Agent - Telecom

About the role

The Inbound Sales Agent will handle incoming customer calls, understand their telecom needs, and convert inquiries into sales using consultative and ethical selling techniques. This role directly supports revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and client retention.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers on inbound calls, assess requirements, and recommend suitable telecom products and services.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross‑selling while ensuring accurate pricing and promotion communication.
• Maintain compliance with client standards, document interactions in the CRM, and protect confidential information.
• Attend training, coaching, and product briefings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required profile

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1–2 years of inbound or outbound sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills, customer‑focused attitude, and ability to work night shifts in a target‑driven environment.
