About the role
Xtel G Solutions is looking for a proactive, result-oriented Inbound Sales Executive to join its growing sales team. The role suits someone who can handle customers confidently, follow up consistently and turn opportunities into results. It is based in Johar, Karachi, on a full-time basis with rotational shifts. Experience in the auto-trading industry is preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries and sales leads
- Understand customer requirements and guide them accordingly
- Maintain timely and consistent follow-ups
- Coordinate pricing, quotations and other sales-related requirements
- Maintain accurate records and updates
- Work closely with the team so that no lead or customer is missed
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Smart decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Willingness to learn, adapt and take initiative
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage; auto-trading experience preferred
