Inbound Sales Representative – US Umrah Travel (Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Inbound Sales Representative to join our Lahore office and serve customers interested in Umrah and travel packages for the United States market. You will work night‑shift hours, handling inbound inquiries, crafting personalized itineraries, and closing sales while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Engage inbound customers to understand their travel needs and preferences.
• Recommend and sell tailored Umrah and travel packages for the US market.
• Maintain and update CRM records, follow up on leads, and document all interactions.
• Build strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
• Work the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, six days a week (Monday‑Saturday).
• Travel occasionally as required for business purposes.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness and ability to work night shifts and a six‑day workweek.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales (preferred).
• Familiarity with the US travel market and Umrah travel agencies is an advantage.
