Inbound Sales & Reservation Representative

About the role

NextBridgeSystem is seeking a motivated Inbound Sales & Reservation Representative to join its on‑site team in Johar Town. You will be the first point of contact for customers looking for private car, airport transfer, limo, corporate, hourly, or special‑event transportation services, turning inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads via phone, email, live chat, website forms and messages.
• Gather trip details (pickup/drop‑off, date, time, passengers, luggage, flight info, vehicle preference).
• Recommend appropriate vehicle options such as Sedan, SUV, Sprinter Van, Stretch Limo or Party Bus.
• Provide accurate, all‑inclusive quotes and explain pricing.
• Follow up with prospects, send booking confirmations, payment links and reservation details.
• Coordinate with dispatch/internal teams to ensure smooth ride execution.
• Maintain lead records and keep the sales pipeline up‑to‑date.
• Answer customer questions about airport pickups, flight tracking, driver details, payments and service policies.

Required profile

• Strong English speaking and writing abilities.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer support, reservations or business development.
• Professional communication style with US‑based customers.
• Confident, polite, target‑oriented and able to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
• Experience in transportation, travel, hospitality or related customer‑service fields is a plus.
