About the role
Connected Lines is hiring agents for an inbound telecom campaign. You will handle customer calls professionally, explain telecom plans, and assist with sign‑ups during night shift hours.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and understand their telecom needs.
- Explain available plans, features and service options clearly.
- Respond to questions, handle objections, and assist with sign‑ups or service requests.
- Record accurate customer details and call outcomes.
- Follow campaign scripts, quality standards and compliance requirements.
Required profile
- Strong spoken English and clear communication skills.
- Confident, customer‑focused approach with ability to handle calls professionally.
- Previous telecom or inbound sales experience is preferred, but fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also apply.
