About the role

We are expanding our team and looking for experienced inbound sales professionals to join our USA telecom campaigns. As an Inbound Telecom Sales Representative, you will handle incoming calls, understand customer needs, and recommend the best TV and Internet solutions.

Key responsibilities

Answer inbound sales calls from prospective customers.
Assess customer requirements and propose appropriate telecom packages.
Handle objections effectively and guide conversations toward closing.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales outcomes.

Required profile

Proven experience in inbound telecom sales.
Strong English communication skills.
Ability to identify customer needs and match them with suitable solutions.
Excellent objection handling and closing abilities.
Target‑driven mindset with a positive attitude.
