Incharge PMC – Planning, Monitoring & Control

About the role

Industrial Services Pakistan is seeking an experienced In‑charge PMC (Planning, Monitoring & Control) to lead planning activities for shutdown, turnaround and retrofit projects in the oil & gas sector. The role reports to the Site Manager and is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and to client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in achieving project and turnaround objectives, ensuring required resources are available.
• Maintain and update Level‑IV turnaround plans in coordination with discipline leads and the Site Manager.
• Set realistic targets for execution teams and guide pre‑mobilisation activities for smooth project start‑up.
• Manage project cost and financial performance, ensuring adherence to budgets and cost control.
• Monitor project schedules, generate reports, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to facilitate communication and progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience in oil & gas turnarounds, shutdowns or retrofit projects, with a focus on planning.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and engage stakeholders.
• Strong business development and risk‑management capabilities.
