Industrial & Commercial Painter

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial & Commercial Painter to join our technical team. The role involves performing high-quality paint work on plant structures, tanks and equipment across factory and on-site locations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute industrial and commercial painting tasks at factories and field sites.
• Perform spray painting on reverse‑osmosis plant structures, tanks and related equipment.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding and applying appropriate primers.
• Maintain consistent finish quality and adhere to coating standards.
• Follow all safety procedures, especially when working at heights or in confined spaces.
• Care for tools, equipment and painting materials, ensuring they are stored correctly.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on industrial painting experience.
• Proven ability to operate spray‑painting equipment on large structures.
• Comfortable working at heights and in factory or site environments.
• Physically fit, punctual, disciplined and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety practices and proper use of protective gear.
