Industry Trainer – FinTech & Data Analytics

About the role

YouExcel Training is seeking an Industry Trainer to deliver high‑impact, instructor‑led programs in FinTech, data analytics, and business intelligence for corporate and institutional clients. The role is full‑time, based on‑site in Karachi, and focuses on translating complex technical concepts into practical learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, update and maintain course materials, case studies and hands‑on exercises.
• Deliver on‑site training sessions covering SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau and advanced Excel reporting.
• Assess participant performance, provide feedback and coaching to ensure skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with the Data Analytics and consultancy teams to align training outcomes with client objectives.
• Support the development of new curricula and contribute to quality assurance of training delivery.
• Participate in client meetings to understand learning requirements and tailor programs accordingly.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in data analytics and business intelligence tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau and Excel.
• Proven experience in curriculum design, adult learning methodologies and corporate training delivery.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills for diverse learner groups.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to create real‑world case studies and practical exercises.
• Academic background in Finance, IT, Data Science, Business or related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in FinTech, analytics or consultancy environments is highly beneficial.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Karachi and manage multiple training cohorts.
