Information Technology Governance Analyst

About the role

The Information Technology Governance Analyst will work closely with the Group IT (GIT) teams to develop and maintain the technology governance framework, policies, and procedures. The role involves coordinating with internal and external auditors and supporting regulatory inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve IT governance frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of governance controls and recommend corrective actions.
• Write, edit and maintain technical documentation, ensuring version control and accessibility.
• Provide guidance to IT teams on governance requirements, standards and best practices.
• Report IT key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce monthly dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal and external audit teams and respond to regulatory inquiries.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in IT governance, risk and compliance (GRC) or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with international security standards and risk management practices.
• Ability to work under pressure, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
