Infrastructure Architect – Enterprise Architecture Lead

About the role

The Infrastructure Architect is a senior leader within the Enterprise Architecture function, responsible for shaping the organization’s infrastructure strategy across cloud, on‑premises, and hybrid environments. You will ensure that infrastructure platforms are scalable, resilient, and aligned with business objectives while supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise infrastructure target state, including principles, standards, patterns, and reference models.
• Design and evolve compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
• Lead modernization projects such as cloud adoption, hybrid architectures, and container platforms.
• Establish architecture standards and guardrails to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with application, data, and platform teams for seamless integration of infrastructure services.
• Evaluate and select technologies, vendors, and platforms aligned with strategy.
• Drive capacity planning, performance optimization, high‑availability design, and disaster‑recovery strategies.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation frameworks (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 15+ years of infrastructure engineering/operations experience, with 5–7 years in architecture roles.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale infrastructure transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
