Inside Sales Development Representative

About the role

Flipdish is seeking an Inside Sales Development Representative to join its Sales Development team. You will focus on outbound prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings for Account Executives, helping restaurants simplify their operations through our technology platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consistent outbound outreach via calls, email and other channels.
• Engage decision‑makers, uncover pain points and qualify leads.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline hygiene.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and RevOps partners on territory‑aligned initiatives.
• Handle objections using a consultative approach and continuously improve through coaching.
• Contribute to pipeline growth and provide constructive feedback on processes.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in outbound sales, business development or a customer‑facing commercial role.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confidence in outbound conversations and objection handling.
• Ability to think independently, adapt in live conversations and take ownership in a target‑driven environment.
• Coachability and a willingness to learn.
• Commercial awareness and curiosity about the restaurant technology sector.
