Intermediate Salesforce Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an intermediate Salesforce professional to support and expand our Salesforce platform across the business. The role works closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while reducing reliance on external consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and standard platform features.
• Manage security, user access, data models, automation, reports, and dashboards.
• Design and implement API integrations with billing platforms, support tools, survey systems, and internal software.
• Contribute to Salesforce CPQ migration, billing modernization, dynamic invoicing, and related integration initiatives.
• Lead enhancements and projects end‑to‑end, including development, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on Salesforce administration and development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, security, and platform architecture.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Proactive mindset with capacity to manage multiple enhancements.
