International Client Communication Executive

About the role

EchoNet Services is looking for energetic and articulate people to join its international outreach team. Selected candidates will talk to prospective clients in the UK, understand their business needs and present relevant company solutions. Fluency in English and confidence in professional conversation are key; strong communicators are encouraged to apply even without prior experience. The position is full-time and onsite in Lahore, with shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with potential business clients by telephone.
• Present company solutions in fluent, professional English.
• Understand client requirements and identify possible business opportunities.
• Maintain engaging conversations and answer client queries appropriately.
• Build professional relationships with prospective customers.
• Record client interactions and keep updated information in company systems.
• Coordinate with the relevant team on interested prospects.
• Work consistently toward assigned outreach and performance targets.

Required profile

• Intermediate or equivalent education; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and confidence.
• Ability to explain information clearly and respond spontaneously.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and professional conduct.
• Previous call center or customer-facing experience is welcome but not required.

Required skills

• Fluent spoken English and strong verbal communication.
• Basic computer literacy.
