International Sales Agent (Night Shift)

About the role

Protech Solution is seeking energetic International Sales Agents to join its night‑shift team. You will work from 12:00 AM onward, reaching out to potential clients in global markets and promoting IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospects in international markets.
• Deliver a compelling sales pitch and generate interest in the company’s IT solutions.
• Qualify leads against company criteria before hand‑off.
• Maintain high call volumes while achieving daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Handle objections, close deals and meet sales targets.
• Log all customer interactions and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximise conversions and revenue.

Required profile

• Fluent English with a neutral or near‑native accent.
• At least 6 months of experience in cold calling, sales or lead generation.
• Strong communication, persuasion and objection‑handling skills.
• Punctual and able to adhere strictly to night‑shift timings.
• Goal‑oriented, adaptable, and able to handle rejection.
• Team‑player with a solid work ethic.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
