About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic International Sales and Customer Service Agent to join our US Campaign team in Lahore. This entry‑level position offers recent graduates the chance to develop a career in sales while supporting customers across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential clients through cold calling, email outreach and networking platforms.
• Research prospects to understand their business needs, challenges and pain points.
• Build and nurture relationships with leads to drive sales conversions.
• Present Emenac’s products and services in a compelling manner, highlighting key benefits.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development and support teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors and market developments.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑centric attitude with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience with CRM software.
