International Sales Executive (U.S. Market)

About the role

ICON Global (Private) Limited is looking for a motivated, results-driven International Sales Executive to join its growing team. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with B2B clients in the U.S. market and drive revenue growth through strategic sales. The shift runs 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM on Monday to Friday, and the position is based in DHA Phase 2 Extension, Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing B2B clients in the U.S. market.
• Identify and connect with purchasing managers, procurement teams and key decision-makers to generate new business.
• Prospect new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach and other lead-generation channels.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective pipeline management and proactive follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and opportunities using CRM software.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in International Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development or Outbound Sales.
• Experience with U.S. or other international markets is preferred.
• Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation and consultative selling.
• Excellent verbal and written English; comfortable working night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.
