International Sales Specialist

About the role

Join MicroAgility APAC as an International Sales Specialist and drive growth in North America by connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and showcasing transformative digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make bold cold calls and craft tailored emails to engage decision‑makers using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and other platforms.
• Listen to client challenges, build trust, and propose solutions that drive success.
• Generate leads, negotiate contracts and consistently exceed sales targets.
• Develop marketing content and enhance brand presence on social media.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and report activity insights.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑cycle business development experience, preferably in services‑as‑solution.
• Strong verbal and written communication with proven rapport‑building ability.
• Self‑motivated, organized, able to meet or exceed targets and handle objections.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for data management.
• Experience using LinkedIn and ZoomInfo for prospecting.
