International Technical Recruiter (USA, Canada & UK)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced International Technical Recruiter to join our HR team in Rawalpindi. The role focuses on sourcing, screening and hiring talent for positions in the USA, Canada and the United Kingdom across technical and non‑technical functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles located in the USA, Canada and the UK.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, Boolean search, referrals and ATS databases.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial interviews, assess technical fit, cultural alignment and communication skills.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (MPhil a plus).
• 3–6 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience with proven success in the USA, Canada and UK markets.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
