Technical Recruiter

About the role

Quattris Technologies is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support its global IT services operations. The role involves sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding technical talent to meet client and project requirements across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Extract and analyze technical and non‑technical information from clients and the Operations Team.
• Create Scope of Work (SOW) documents based on client and operational needs.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Jora, Rozee.pk and other platforms.
• Screen resumes for specialized technical skills, qualifications, certifications and experience.
• Conduct pre‑screening calls and initial interviews to assess technical capabilities and availability.
• Coordinate with internal teams, maintain daily progress reports and update recruitment databases.
• Develop and send personalized recruitment messages to active and passive candidates.
• Prepare and issue Job Offer Letters, NDAs and other recruitment documentation.

Required profile

• BBA, MBA, BCS, BIT or other relevant bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment, technical recruitment, HR or a corporate environment.
• Strong interest in IT and technology sector with ability to understand technical requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet SLAs and handle multiple priorities.
