International Ticket Sales Specialist

About the role

The International Ticket Sales Specialist joins NXTFLIGHT’s Travel Management division to provide high‑quality ticketing support for corporate travelers worldwide. You will handle inquiries, recommend travel options, and process flight ticket sales while ensuring compliance with complex fare rules.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and suggest suitable travel itineraries.
• Issue, reissue, exchange, refund, and cancel tickets for First and Business Class passengers.
• Maintain accurate fare calculations, documentation, and record locators.
• Monitor and protect corporate‑negotiated premium fares, alliance fares, and upgrade instruments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support corporate travel programs and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Experience booking for business travelers (corporate, government, university, or agency).
• Ability to stay composed on the phone with frustrated or stranded travelers.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under time pressure.
• Proven track record of meeting sales or performance goals in a ticketing environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with at least one Global Distribution System (GDS): Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo, Galileo, or Worldspan.
• Deep knowledge of ticketing mechanics, including exchanges, reissues, voids, and residual value handling.
• Familiarity with premium fare rules for First and Business Class.
