Inventory Management Officer

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Management Officer to join our team in DHA Phase 5, Karachi. This full‑time position is ideal for early‑career professionals with strong Excel skills and a basic understanding of inventory processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records, and track movements across warehouses and retail stores.
• Update and reconcile inventory data promptly, reviewing reports to spot shortages, discrepancies, or excess stock.
• Support periodic stock counts, audits, and prepare dashboards and reports for management.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports using Microsoft Excel and maintain records in ERP systems.
• Identify trends, highlight issues, and ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and retail teams, following SOPs and suggesting process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, reporting).
• Basic hands‑on exposure to ERP systems as an end‑user.
