About the role
Waresa Industry (Pvt) Limited is seeking a highly organized Inventory Supervisor to lead the raw material store for rexin and synthetic leather. The role focuses on efficient receipt, storage, issuance, and accurate record‑keeping while supporting uninterrupted production.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise a team of 10 store personnel, ensuring high productivity and safety compliance.
- Manage receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of rexin and synthetic leather.
- Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records using ERP software, preferably SAP.
- Monitor stock levels, forecast material needs, and prevent shortages.
- Document all inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, returns, and adjustments.
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and secure.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory or materials management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Proven ability to lead a small team and coordinate daily store operations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
